UV nail hard gels below are affordable: not as expensive but still with a good quality. Lets’get started.
SuperNail
This is one of my favorite affordable gels. I’ve been working with this brand for a very long time. The mark “LED/UV” means you can use both LED or UV lamps to cure it as well as hybrid lamps which combine LED and UV lights.
I really like the Cover Pink. The color is good and the consistency as well. It looks natural. The consistency looks thick but once you start working with it, it actually self-levels pretty easily. We use it in our school.
There is also Clear gel which comes in two different consistencies: sculpting gel which is thicker and clear gel which is thinner.
Usually when I get this question which you recommend for beginners I would definitely say: SuperNail.
Also I like the Rapid Seal which is the sealer. You can use it for acrylic and gel to do the high shine. It cures both id LED and UV lamps. And really gives this long lasting shine.
The only disadvantage is that SuperNail does not develop a variety of colors.
IBD
This brand is more expensive, but the quality is good.
I really like the Clear and the Pink gels. This is something that I recommend for beginners. IBD gels have medium consistency and never burn.
NSI
NSI has a new Balance line. Balance gels suited both for LED and UV lamps. My favorite color is Body Builder Cover Pink Warm. It has an amazing natural color with medium consistency. Highly recommended for pros and beginners.
Also I like the Body Builder Clear Gel. This line has 5 types of clear. For beginners I would recommend the medium consistency, for inlay design you should choose a very thin consistency, for building the structure for long nails like stiletto or edge I would recommend a super thick consistency. So once you have all the huge selection of these different colors and consistencies you can pick whatever you want.
Young Nails
I really like the Frosted Pink sculpture. The main advantage of this brand: you can find gels of different consistencies in the same color. It’s great for creating pink and white structure: you can use thick gel for a smile line and thinner consistency to build all the rest.
